Vocational Trainer for E‑Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a member of WBS TRAINING AG, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and insight.

• In your capacity as a vocational trainer, your primary objective is to enhance the skills of participants.

• You create educational experiences as both a subject-matter expert and a facilitator of learning — embracing Learning 4.0!

• This role entails: delivering subject-specific instruction from the comfort of your home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Employ a diverse array of teaching methodologies for lesson planning.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to participants in retraining programs, assisting them with their IHK-relevant reports and projects.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in E‑Commerce, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in E‑Commerce / online retail, particularly in:

• Assortment strategy (merchandising).

• Sales and distribution channels.

• Marketing and partnerships.

• Initial experience as a trainer, instructor, lecturer, or educator.

• Additional desirable knowledge in the following areas:

• Legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Business management and controlling.

• Project-oriented methodologies in E‑Commerce.

• Accounting and cost accounting.

• Project management.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (e.g., AEVO).
