📋 Description

• The Solutions Architecture team is tasked with the design and implementation of technical components within Staff Augmentation / Procurement Solutions (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and AGS internal record systems.

• Ensure that the MSP & RPO solutions being deployed and maintained operationally are built upon the most efficient technological and business process considerations to meet specific business requirements.

• Navigate the intricacies and differences in deploying a solution according to the technology and unique specifications.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide leadership and comprehensive insights into cross-business and functional solutions.

• Offer technical and project leadership for complex end-to-end enterprise implementations, expansion opportunities, operational program efficiencies, and AGS internal technology initiatives.

• Lead the requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment of client invoicing solutions.

• Assess clients’ business and technical challenges and develop thorough solutions that integrate seamlessly into customer environments.

• Advise internal and external leadership on best practices and trends in technology.

• Support, develop, and maintain team process documentation related to all VMS, RPO, and internal technology functions.

• Recommend suitable actions to technology vendors and leadership concerning technical issues.

• Investigate and document industry trends and technologies, advocating for actions that ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.

• Oversee and support project data collection, modeling, and analysis.

• Responsible for executing integration testing, analysis, and validations.

• Manage the creation, analysis, and maintenance of technical documentation (specifications, technology documents, error handling guides, invoice process flows, test scenarios, etc.).

• Provide governance on operational and technology solutions to cross-functional teams.

• Participate in project meetings to share technology considerations, notes, and key takeaways.

• Conduct technology research and analysis to support project business rules.

• Define and implement technical standards and procedures across supported programs.

• Supervise, coach, and guide the work of one or more Solutions Analysts as needed.

• Advanced proficiency in developing architectural designs for complex programs.

• In-depth knowledge of AGS technology platforms and partners (VMS tools, RPO technology and tools, Acumen Source, and Acumen Insights, etc.).

• Exceptional consulting, negotiating, communication, consensus-building, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proven ability to innovate and think beyond established standards and processes.

• Knowledge and experience in applying current and emerging technology solutions and trends to address complex business challenges.

• Familiarity with various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Critical Path).

• Understanding of shared services functions and their impact on overall program and architecture.

• Extensive knowledge of integration file formats, canonical structures, transmission protocols, and transformation technologies.

• Basic understanding of coding languages and mathematical logic.

• Advanced comprehension of pseudocode utilized in technical specification documents.

• Basic knowledge of file transmission, encryption, and general data security.

• Moderate understanding of database structures.

• Comprehensive knowledge of web application architecture and development standards.

• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through project and technical leadership experience.

• Ability to grasp overall company strategy and best practices, applying them effectively in assigned projects and initiatives.

• Expert-level capability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to all levels and audiences.

• Thorough understanding of process modeling techniques and protocols.

• Familiarity with the staffing industry, HR practices, and payroll and accounting processes.
