VMS Operations Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the configuration lead on multiple projects, focusing on the development and execution of technology and business solutions.

• Deliver tier 2 support to clients of the MSP and program office teams.

• Leverage various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) including SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa, among others.

• Gather, assess, and input data through flat files into the VMS; audit the output data and rectify errors as necessary.

• Assess operational processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide assistance with additional dynamic tasks as directed by the US VMS Operations Manager.

• Contribute to MSP quality initiatives by overseeing all Program Change Requests (PCRs) in accordance with established MSP procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Propose, recommend, and implement solutions through appropriate channels.

• Confirm the successful implementation of the proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.

• Experience in staffing, MSP, and/or contingent workforce environments.

• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems.

• Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, or a strong desire and commitment to reach that level of skill (or higher).
