This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Conceptualize and design retail environments, pop-up stores, fixtures, and engaging brand experiences.
• Develop 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
• Collaborate with brand teams, global store design, construction, and vendors to bring physical experiences to life.
• Ensure that spatial design solutions align with brand guidelines and fulfill functional needs.
• Assist in adapting store design concepts from global to regional levels.
• Design 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and other retail structures.
• Generate CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and visual merchandising teams.
• Guarantee feasibility, durability, material precision, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes.
• Develop planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising strategies.
• Implement seasonal updates, product placement strategies, and display protocols.
• Collaborate with store design, creative, and retail teams on project rollouts.
• Oversee vendor kits, props, signage, and merchandising assets.
• Conduct site visits or coordinate with markets to ensure installation accuracy.
• Manage store design schedules, vendor contracts, and production timelines.
• Coordinate activities related to construction, fabrication, installation, and rollout logistics.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, brand standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a liaison with global and regional store design teams, procurement, and suppliers.
• Monitor deliverables and address in-market challenges during rollouts.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising and store design.
• Background in overseeing the execution of store design programs and managing vendors.
• Experience in designing merchandising displays, planograms, and visual store elements.
• Proficient in creating 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
• Skilled in designing 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures.
• Expertise in producing CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documents.
• Capable of delivering photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, functional needs, feasibility, durability, materials, and costs.
• Competent in managing vendor contracts, production schedules, and rollout logistics.
• Ability to coordinate construction, fabrication, installation, and rollout processes.
• Knowledge of ensuring compliance with budgets, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
