This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and implement clinical systems and applications aimed at improving data collection and management processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into system specifications.
• Perform system testing and validation to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and user requirements.
• Offer training and support to users, resolving any issues encountered during system operation.
• Engage in the continuous enhancement of clinical systems by integrating user feedback and industry best practices.
• Assume responsibility for innovative design and content deliverables, ensuring both quality and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in system design and implementation, ideally within a clinical research setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail regarding system functionality and usability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
