Visual Merchandisers/Store Designers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop retail spaces, pop-up experiences, fixtures, and immersive brand encounters.

• Produce 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.

• Collaborate with brands, global store design teams, construction crews, and vendors to bring physical experiences to life.

• Ensure that spatial design solutions adhere to brand standards and functional needs.

• Assist in adapting store design concepts from global to regional contexts.

• Design 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and various retail structures.

• Generate CAD drawings, technical schematics, and documents ready for production.

• Work alongside engineering, fabrication, and visual merchandising teams.

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes.

• Develop planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising strategies.

• Implement seasonal updates, product placement approaches, and display directives.

• Collaborate with store design, creative, and retail teams during rollouts.

• Oversee vendor kits, props, signage, and merchandising materials.

• Conduct field visits or coordinate with markets to ensure installation precision.

• Manage store design timelines, vendor agreements, and production schedules.

• Coordinate logistics for construction, fabrication, installation, and rollouts.

• Ensure adherence to budgets, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a liaison with global/regional store design teams, procurement, and suppliers.

• Monitor deliverables and address in-market challenges during rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser or store designer.

• Strong background in managing the execution of store design programs and vendor relationships.

• Proficient in designing merchandising displays, planograms, and store visuals.

• Experienced in producing 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.

• Skilled in designing 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures.

• Competent in creating CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documents.

• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, fabrication, visual merchandising, store design, creative, retail, procurement, and supplier teams.

• Knowledgeable about brand guidelines, functional requirements, feasibility, durability, material precision, cost considerations, budgets, and regulatory obligations.
