Visual Merchandisers, Store Designers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and design retail environments, pop-up installations, fixtures, and immersive brand experiences.

• Develop 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.

• Collaborate with brand teams, global store design, construction, and vendors to implement tangible experiences.

• Ensure that spatial design solutions adhere to brand guidelines and fulfill functional requirements.

• Assist in adapting store design concepts from global to regional levels.

• Create designs for 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures.

• Generate CAD drawings, technical schematics, and documents ready for production.

• Work alongside engineering, fabrication, and visual merchandising teams.

• Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes.

• Develop planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising strategies.

• Implement seasonal updates, product placement strategies, and display guidelines.

• Partner with store design, creative, and retail teams for successful rollouts.

• Oversee vendor kits, props, signage, and merchandising assets.

• Conduct field visits or collaborate with markets to ensure installation accuracy.

• Manage store design calendars, vendor contracts, and production schedules.

• Coordinate construction, fabrication, installation, and logistical rollout processes.

• Ensure adherence to budgets, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with global and regional store design teams, procurement, and suppliers.

• Monitor deliverables and address in-market issues during rollouts.

• Proven experience in managing the execution of store design programs and vendor relationships.

• Background in designing merchandising displays, planograms, and store visuals.

• Proficient in creating 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.

• Experience in designing 3D fixtures, displays, podiums, gondolas, and retail structures.

• Skilled in producing CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready documents.

• Familiarity with engineering, fabrication, and visual merchandising workflows.

• Ability to guarantee feasibility, durability, material accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

• Experience in producing photorealistic 3D renderings and prototypes.

• Expertise in developing planograms, on-counter layouts, window displays, and in-store merchandising.

• Capability to manage vendor kits, props, signage, merchandising assets, contracts, and timelines.

• Proficient in coordinating construction, fabrication, installation, and logistical rollouts.

• Ability to ensure compliance with budgets, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
