Visual Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling curation in accordance with store guidelines and schedules

• Improve the customer experience and boost sales within the store

• Evaluate sales performance and manage inventory levels

• Ensure proper garment care

• Recognize and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management

• Utilize trend and competitor insights to mentor and develop the store team

• Present yourself and the brand positively during interactions with customers

• Assist the Sales Market with store expansion initiatives

• Work together with the broader Area Team across stores to share insights and drive success

• Report directly to the Store Manager

• Proficient in managing, analyzing, and acting on sales reports and the selling equation
