Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Compose, assess, and authenticate prompt-driven inquiries aimed at training AI.

• Ensure that prompts and responses accurately represent actual graphic and UI design procedures.

• Contribute to the development of how AI comprehends and replicates multimodal design workflows.

• Engage in an AI interview that explores creative workflows, user experience planning, and systemic design thinking.

• Conduct a screen-sharing session to walk through a design that highlights design principles and aesthetics.

• Provide a portfolio for evaluation.

• Work on initiatives geared towards training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design.

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline.

• Must be residing in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, the UK, or Australia.

• Strong experience in producing high-quality visual designs, including websites/apps and brand/marketing materials, with distinctive aesthetics.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI prompting.

• Strong visual design competencies, experience, and a portfolio.

• Ability to share your screen during the approximately 25-minute interview task.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
