Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, assess, and validate prompt-based inquiries aimed at training AI systems.

• Ensure that prompts and responses accurately reflect authentic graphic and UI design workflows.

• Contribute to the development of how AI comprehends and emulates multimodal visual design processes.

• Engage in an AI interview focused on creative workflows, user experience strategy, and systemic design thinking.

• Share your screen to demonstrate design principles and aesthetics through a design example.

• Provide a portfolio for assessment.

• Collaborate on projects aimed at training and advancing AI capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design.

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline.

• Currently residing in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia.

• Strong expertise in crafting high-quality visual designs, encompassing websites/apps and branding/marketing materials.

• Distinct aesthetic sensibility.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI prompting.

• Strong visual design expertise, skills, and an accompanying portfolio.

• Not solely a UX-design background; applicants must possess graphic or UI visual design experience.

• Ability to perform a desktop/laptop screen-sharing task and participate in the AI interview.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be considered.
