This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Management of user access in internal tools, ensuring correct permissions, roles, and approvals.

• First point of contact for questions regarding internal tools, login issues, or access problems.

• Support in monitoring existing automation flows in tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.

• Maintenance of internal tool overviews to ensure systems and access remain transparent.

• Creation and updating of SOPs, checklists, guidelines, and step-by-step instructions.

• Assistance in the technical implementation of onboarding for new team members.

• Structured forwarding of complex, technical, or sensitive topics to the appropriate contact person.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in operations, virtual assistance, tool administration, or internal support.

• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Asana, Airtable, CRM systems, or support tools.

• Basic technical understanding and quick adaptation to new tools, automations, and digital processes.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style, especially concerning access, data, approvals, and documentation.

• Clear categorization, prioritization, and solution-oriented handling of internal inquiries.

• Minimum German language proficiency at C1 level required.
