Virtual Weight Management Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• This is a contractor role with potential for future full-time positions (Remote)

• Candidates must be residents of the U.S. or legally permitted to work in the United States (NPI required)

• Provide telehealth services - both synchronous and asynchronous patient care using our application

• Opportunity to take the lead and introduce innovations

• Oversee a panel of 250 patients (number may vary based on FTE)

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals

• Establish meaningful and lasting relationships with patients

• Enjoy autonomy in practice while receiving administrative support

• Collaborate with seasoned ABOM certified physicians

• Join a small, established, and entrepreneurial private practice that focuses on evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine, as part of a growing tech company

⛳️ Requirements

• Current PA-C or NP license in Minnesota

• Active DEA license in Minnesota

• Capability to work independently

• Experience working with a diverse patient population

• Ability to implement evidence-based treatment approaches

• PA/NP Certificate in Obesity Medicine/obesity experience/ABOM certification is a plus

• Familiarity with telemedicine and remote care is advantageous

• Positive demeanor, supportive personality, and a strong passion for achieving excellent patient outcomes
