Virtual Weight Management MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide telehealth services, offering both synchronous and asynchronous patient care through our application.

• Availability for two days a week from 3-7pm EST is preferred for the provider schedule.

• Opportunity to take on leadership roles and drive innovation.

• Oversee a patient panel of 250 individuals (this may vary based on FTE).

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals.

• Build meaningful and lasting relationships with your patients.

• Enjoy autonomy in practice while receiving administrative support.

• Collaborate with seasoned ABOM certified physicians.

• Join a small, established, and entrepreneurial private practice that focuses on evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine, part of an expanding tech company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current MD or DO license in Illinois.

• Must have a current DEA license in Illinois.

• Capability to work independently.

• Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of patients.

• Proficient in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies.

• PA/NP Certification in Obesity Medicine, obesity background, or ABOM certification is advantageous.

• Experience in telemedicine and remote care is a plus.

• Possess a positive attitude, an encouraging demeanor, and a passion for achieving excellent patient outcomes.
