This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Provide live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours each day.
• Utilize student performance data to tailor instruction to individual needs.
• Offer timely and constructive feedback on student assignments.
• Establish authentic relationships with students and families through professional communication.
• Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure consistent support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, along with an active state teaching license in Oregon, California, Virginia, and/or Colorado, endorsed in Mathematics for grades 6-12.
• Experience in teaching within virtual and/or in-person environments, with comfort in the unique challenges of a live online classroom.
• Confident and engaging on camera.
• Practical experience with online learning platforms, virtual teaching tools, and standard productivity software.
• Data-informed: ability to analyze student performance data and implement meaningful instructional adjustments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development.
