Virtual Success Coach, Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the leader of Student Success across all three educational institutions, ensuring uniformity and adherence to implementation standards.

• Oversee and manage Success Coaches, including contributions to hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluation.

• Guide and develop Success Coaches, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.

• Create, execute, and assess Student Success programs that are aligned with onboarding and engagement frameworks.

• Direct and manage re-enrollment initiatives across all three schools, guaranteeing a coordinated, data-informed approach to student retention annually.

• Collaborate with school leadership and Operations to implement re-enrollment campaigns, which involve communication strategies, outreach to undecided or unknown families, and tracking of return intentions.

• Serve as a mentor and role model for staff, fostering a culture of accountability and support centered on student needs.

• Step in to assist or fill coaching roles as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Services, or a related field (mandatory).

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a K–12 educational environment (virtual experience is preferred).

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing programs.

• Extensive knowledge of student onboarding processes, engagement strategies, and intervention systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities across schools in a dynamic environment.

• A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
