This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Provide engaging and personalized virtual speech therapy that is customized to each student's communication objectives, speech-language disorders, and distinct learning profile.
• Develop structured intervention strategies that correspond with student IEP goals, focusing on areas such as articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) requirements.
• Modify teaching and therapeutic activities in real time according to student engagement, energy levels, and progress, using interactive digital tools to maintain dynamic sessions.
• Monitor student data and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure compliance with regulations and provide transparent progress updates.
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• State licensure or certification as a SLP (or willingness to obtain reciprocity).
• Experience in teletherapy or within a school district environment is highly advantageous.
• Capability to design and implement lesson plans that are aligned with student goals and accommodations.
• Proficient virtual instruction skills — comfortable with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and engaging students online.
• Ability to clear a background check.
• Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and a quiet workspace.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
