Revisor Aduanero

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct a comprehensive review of all supporting documents related to operations.

• Compare the documents provided by the client against the entered DO.

• Ensure that the documents comply with current customs regulations.

• Validate the country of origin and provenance of the merchandise.

• Verify that the declarations or documents prepared are correctly filled out.

• Guarantee and analyze the necessary customs valuation elements.

• Require the submission of a screenshot of the ETA of the merchandise.

• Validate the minimum descriptions provided.

• Maintain control of the reviews in the established format.

• Identify recurring errors and report them for the management of lessons learned.

• Support the coordinator, director, and legal department in training processes.

• Provide guidance on technical inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in customs processes as an advisor, tariff classification, and/or technical document reviewer.
