Business Analytics Advisor, C&CE Workforce Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize data to address business inquiries by determining data requirements, extracting information from appropriate sources, and conducting thorough analyses.

• Apply technical skills (e.g., SQL, Python, PySpark) and analytical tools to investigate operational data, uncover trends, drivers, and anomalies, and clarify performance results.

• Create, develop, and sustain standardized reports and dashboards that facilitate C&CE operational assessments and strategic decision-making.

• Guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and dependability through validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytics results align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence positions.

• Advanced expertise in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and performance enhancements.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to articulate complex data clearly.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
