Trainer for Freight Forwarding and Logistics, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• As a freelance (fee-based) trainer in logistics, your role will involve guiding our participants towards a successful professional journey while encouraging self-directed learning aligned with the principles of Learning 4.0 – focusing on digital, interactive, and practical approaches.

• This role involves delivering subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Employ various teaching methodologies to craft engaging lessons.

• Prepare and develop curriculum-aligned teaching materials.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competence improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in freight forwarding and logistics services, or customs administration (Dakosy).

• Relevant professional experience in freight forwarding, particularly in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, transportation modes, and logistics.

• Preferred: specialized knowledge in legal regulations, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, as well as communication and collaboration skills.

• Teaching experience (preferably in adult education).

• Methodological and didactic abilities in delivering instructional content.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and structured working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Exceptional German language proficiency (C2 level).

• Ideally, evidence of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO).
