Attorney / Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and development of ongoing client mandates

• Assistance in the expansion of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice area

• Establishing frameworks, implementing IT solutions, and additional tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent professional experience, especially in advising companies in crisis, insolvency planning, and StaRUG proceedings, as well as defending executives/managers against liability claims and insolvency avoidance actions (clawbacks)

• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude, ability to work autonomously, and strong collaborative abilities

• Exceptional qualifications, particularly with outstanding results in the final law exam (Prädikatsexamen)

• Keen attention to detail

• Willingness to travel (approximately two trips of two days each per month to Berlin)
