This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Perform thorough speech-language assessments utilizing Parallel’s proprietary Clinical Test Library and automated Report Writer.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, monitor, and enhance Individualized Education Programs.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide targeted case management for “Speech Only” students as necessary.
• Methodically track session data and student progress to deliver valuable IEP consultations.
• Craft detailed, goal-oriented progress reports for every reporting period.
• Provide specialized state-specific services, including AAC support, Pre-K interventions, speech screenings, and SLPA supervision.
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Active SLP license in Massachusetts.
• At least 1 year of full-time school-based experience delivering IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY). A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred for case management roles.
• Proven knowledge of the IEP process, educational eligibility assessments, and crafting comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Previous experience with Medicaid billing systems is a significant advantage.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to connect with students from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficient with technology, including virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
• Availability during standard school hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).
• Multilingual proficiency is regarded as a considerable asset.
