This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

β’ Create suitable lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with CA State Standards.
β’ Collaborate with school leaders to analyze student assessment data to track progress and utilize this data to guide instruction.
β’ Work together in grade-level teams to review student work, exchange effective practices, plan enjoyable events, and ensure students achieve mastery of standards.
β’ Involve families in their children's education by fostering relationships and maintaining consistent communication.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is required.
β’ At least one year of experience working with special education students in an academic setting is necessary.
β’ A current California teaching license in Special Education is mandatory.
β’ A commitment to and experience with underserved communities is essential.
