Virtual Social Worker Clinician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Utilize data-driven decision-making to foster multidisciplinary collaboration, conduct functional behavior assessments, and implement behavioral strategies.

• Cultivate leadership skills to effectively support student success.

• Design and implement positive behavioral and academic interventions.

• Track and report on student progress.

• Conduct evaluations and program assessments.

• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of one of the following Licenses/Certifications: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate), MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC.

• Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.

• Proficient in consultative practices and data analysis.

• Ability to create a variety of interventions that cater to a diverse student population.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory.
