This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Providing care to patients through tele-health consultations, which include telephonic triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through weekly Clinical Rounds and various other learning methods.
• Collaborating consistently with both remote and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.
• Applying your specialized clinical training and utilizing opportunities to deliver outstanding virtual care to patients.
• Possession of a master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and maintenance of active NCCPA certification.
• Currently licensed in California with the potential to obtain licensure in additional states.
• Within the last 5 years, experience as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (Current shifts range from 7am-6pm PST or 11am-10pm PST).
• Strong clinical and communication skills with the capability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.
