Virtual Sales Representative Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Contact and verify lead times for products directly with manufacturers, ensuring that the sales team and customers receive accurate and timely information.

• Gather updates on orders and monitor shipments, delivering valuable tracking details to customers promptly and accurately.

• Assist in inputting orders into the system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency during the order processing stage.

• Perform follow-up communications with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided, addressing any issues to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.

• Provide support to the sales team with various tasks as required to promote sales growth, including administrative assistance, data entry, and customer service initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales.

• Outstanding command of the English language, with the ability to speak and write fluently.

• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly effective in cross-functional team collaboration.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with CRM software (Netsuite) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel).

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy and precision.
