Virtual Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough searches on online marketplaces to find products that align with purchasing criteria.

• Identify valuable inventory opportunities in accordance with company standards.

• Assess listings and compile pertinent product information.

• Reach out to sellers via online platforms to confirm product condition and operational status.

• Negotiate prices following established purchasing protocols.

• Cultivate positive relationships with sellers while optimizing deal value.

• Keep precise records of leads, negotiations, and purchasing prospects in Google Sheets.

• Monitor follow-ups and consistently update deal statuses.

• Provide regular updates on progress to the team.

• Engage in daily and weekly team meetings.

• Offer feedback to enhance sourcing practices and overall effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to improve successful acquisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, SDR, virtual assistance, customer service, negotiations, or operations within online marketplaces.

• Exceptional written English communication skills.

• Strong aptitude for negotiation and relationship development.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple discussions concurrently.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or comparable spreadsheet applications.

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), including weekends.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in buying or selling products on online marketplaces.

• Background in electronics, retail, e-commerce, or resale industries.

• Experience in lead generation or outbound sales.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, eBay, or similar.
