This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Proactively identify, assess, interview, and secure qualified candidates nationwide for the company and our clients.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous influx of applicants by tailoring searches to job specifications.
• Offer forward-thinking solutions to staffing challenges in collaboration with client groups.
• Manage job candidates utilizing all recognized methodologies while exploring alternative and creative sourcing methods to fulfill the requirements of assigned client groups.
• Adhere to EEO, OFCCP, and Affirmative Action Plan objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Preferred: College Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience required in at least two areas such as IT, Engineering, Big4, Oil/Gas, Energy, Sales, Medical, or other related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, contingent or retained search consulting, and collaborating with Corporate, Federal & State entities in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in using ATS, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
• Demonstrated reasoning abilities, innovative thinking skills, and prior negotiation experience are required.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment outcomes.
• Must be capable of working remotely, with access to a private phone suitable for business use, web access, MS Office, and a quiet office environment.
• Must be available to commence work no later than March 4, 2016.
