This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Provide care to patients through telehealth services, including phone triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.
• Engage in ongoing education through weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.
• Offer virtual clinical services in collaboration with patients’ primary care providers, employing a team-oriented approach.
• Completion of a master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).
• Maintain active certification from the NCCPA.
• Currently licensed in DC or TX, with the potential to obtain additional state licenses.
• A minimum of 2 years of Advanced Practitioner experience within the last 5 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine, treating patients of all ages.
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work 2 full rotating A/B weekends each month, including both Saturday and Sunday.
• Support for 2 out of 4 company-observed holidays.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.
• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.
• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Capability to communicate with and care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Skill in navigating uncertain situations with patients and team members.
• Willingness to accept feedback and engage in self-reflection.
• Readiness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to meet patient needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify.
