This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide outbound marketing, disease-state identification and education, as well as inbound customer support within a virtual pharmaceutical setting.
• Conduct effective sales presentations for both existing and potential customers.
• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of territory.
• Implement client-directed outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions.
• Create daily and weekly call schedules for optimal coverage of assigned targets.
• Keep precise records of calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Clearly communicate the clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Utilize educational materials and support resources during customer interactions.
• Build trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual communication.
• Manage territory information while adhering to reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Complete all required company and job-related training.
• A bachelor's degree is necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Exceptional selling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to present complex information in a clear and effective manner.
• Experience thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of specialty sales experience in neuroscience is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of virtual sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of medical and scientific concepts.
• Ability to rapidly learn and articulate complex product information to healthcare professionals.
• Effective prioritization and planning skills while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member while managing multiple tasks across various systems.
• Must complete all company and job-related training within the specified timelines.
• Must be capable of performing all essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
