📋 Description

• Draft written discovery requests, responses, and personal injury complaints.

• Submit pleadings and documents to the court along with all necessary attachments as required by the court.

• Create legal pleadings, including motions, 998s, and deposition notices.

• Prepare subpoenas for the acquisition of records and documentation.

• Support the document and information production process by analyzing requests, collaborating with internal partners, and obtaining, reviewing, and producing documents.

• Oversee the collection of relevant materials and the preparation of responses to litigation demands, discovery requests, subpoenas, and agency claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in personal injury at a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft and Google software applications.

• Familiarity with case management software programs.
