• Oversee conveyancing files from initiation to final settlement.
• Manage 15–25 files monthly with precision and effectiveness.
• Draft and evaluate legal documents, contracts, and settlement statements.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and agents.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the transaction process.
• Perform searches and handle lodgements using appropriate platforms.
• Assist with settlements and activities post-settlement.
• Ensure adherence to applicable Australian conveyancing regulations.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Australian residential conveyancing, ideally within the Victoria region.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry platforms, including:
• PEXA
• InfoTrack
• Smokeball
• ActionStep
• Leap
• Ability to independently manage files with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across various Australian jurisdictions (experience in Victoria is particularly valued).
• Senior-level conveyancing experience throughout Australia.
• Confidence in managing files autonomously.
• Strong capability in supporting settlements.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with clients.
• Availability to commence within 2–4 weeks.
