• Perform legal research and create case summaries, memos, and briefs.
• Draft, review, and format legal documents with precision.
• Organize and keep case files up to date.
• Schedule and coordinate court dates, deadlines, and appointments.
• Interact professionally with clients, courts, and opposing attorneys.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trial.
• Monitor case developments and deadlines.
• Possession of a paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal.
• Strong legal research abilities with expertise in Westlaw, LexisNexis, or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents across various practice areas.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience working remotely is essential.
• Knowledge of US law, legal procedures, and court systems is a significant plus.
