⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, legal support, or office settings

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently implement feedback

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Highly proactive with a self-directed approach to learning

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability work environments

• Reliable internet connection and a dependable remote work setup

• Proficient in productivity tools and cloud-based software platforms

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping workflows organized

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Previous experience in U.S. immigration law or USCIS-related matters (Preferred)

• Prior experience at a law firm in any practice area (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Docketwise, Litify, or Neos (Preferred)

• Bilingual communication skills, particularly in Spanish (Preferred)

• Background in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles (Preferred)

• Experience utilizing AI tools within professional workflows (Preferred)
