Virtual Nurse Practitioner – CA License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth appointments, including phone triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various learning methods.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical expertise to offer outstanding virtual patient care.

• Deliver evidence-based virtual medical services in collaboration with patients’ primary care providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree from a Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) with active NCCPA certification, OR a Master's Degree from an accredited FNP program with national certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner within the last 5 years in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, caring for patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently licensed to practice in California, with the ability to obtain additional licenses in other states.

• Flexibility to work shifts on weekdays and weekends; required to work every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Availability for shifts between 6am and 12am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• A commitment to human-centered primary care.

• Ability to communicate effectively and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Clinical competency in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Capacity to manage uncertain circumstances with patients and team members.
