Travel Counselor, French & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, catering to both individuals and groups.

• Perform analysis and research on travel alternatives, proactively identifying traveler needs to promote additional services.

• Organize and book domestic and international business travel, encompassing air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Utilize various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus, with training available.

• Ensure adherence to clients' established travel policies, service provider guidelines, and legal regulations.

• Employ effective telephone service techniques and respond to unique customer requests.

• Work collaboratively within your team to coach, mentor, and offer constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

• A commitment to exceptional client service, including the proactive anticipation of needs.

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo).

• Ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Act with integrity in handling personal traveler information.

• In-depth understanding of the travel industry, including experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and independently, or in collaboration with suppliers.

• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to accept feedback.
