Virtual Medical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily planning, operations, and issue resolution of a team comprising Medical Client-VA pairs to achieve the targets established by clients in the role of Virtual Medical Manager.

• Collaborating with clients to develop task lists that enhance productivity and profitability for their businesses and Client-VA pairs.

• Assisting clients in expanding their businesses by leveraging all services provided by Global Medical as a Virtual Medical Manager.

• Management of Medical Client-VA relationships.

• Addressing client needs in conjunction with Global Medical’s services (including alleviating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying trends, managing situations, handling high-level escalations, and negotiations).

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a medical or healthcare-related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiarity with operational processes is essential).

• Exceptional proficiency in the English language (both written and spoken).

• Ability to perform under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team setting.

• Highly motivated and a self-starter.

• Organized, focused, and possessing a growth-oriented mindset.

• At least one year of experience in Training and Development is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capacity to think creatively: able to comprehend requirements and devise solutions as needed.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
