Virtual Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist sales representatives in identifying window openings to ensure precise measurements utilizing TechSee software.

• Deliver installation solutions that align with customers' expectations for an economical window replacement.

• Identify scenarios that may influence customers' expectations.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction fundamentals and installation practices.

• Comprehend and comply with established Renewal procedures and standards.

• Provide timely and accurate measurements and documentation of job-related conditions.

• Aim for customer satisfaction by ensuring clients accept proposed solutions and/or alternative installation methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in carpentry, finishing, and/or remodeling.

• Experience in window installation and measuring.

• Strong technological proficiency and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and legible written documents and messages.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient in navigating web browsers, PCs, and iPads.
