Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, CA License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Providing patient care through tele-health consultations, which include telephonic triage, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engaging in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other methods.

• Collaborating consistently with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Leveraging your specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual care to patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited FNP program and hold a national certification.

• Within the last five years, have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in either an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), or in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting also treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Current licensure in California with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Flexibility to work shifts on weekdays and weekends (mandatory every other Saturday and/or Sunday).

• Current shifts are scheduled between 6 AM - 12 AM PST.
