This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for the calendars of the leadership team.
• Organize and manage all domestic travel arrangements for the leadership team.
• Act as the central point of coordination for the team.
• Oversee all administrative logistics for team-wide meetings and events.
• Function as the primary contact for all non-emergency communications from tenants.
• Proactively oversee the entire lease renewal process.
• Manage the complete leasing lifecycle when vacancies arise.
• Facilitate all non-emergency maintenance requests between tenants and the maintenance team.
• Keep precise and current digital tenant files in Google Drive.
• Dispatch rent payment reminders and handle follow-ups for late payments in accordance with company policy.
• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Travel/Team Coordinator is preferred.
• Experience in real estate is a significant advantage.
• Highly skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Asana.
• Proven track record in arranging complex travel and coordinating schedules for multiple individuals.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion and reliability.
