Virtual Events Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with event requesters to grasp objectives, audience requirements, and intended results.

• Convert specifications into virtual event solutions and implementation strategies.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of live virtual events, encompassing planning, setup, rehearsal, execution, and follow-up after the event.

• Set up and manage events on Zoom and LMS platforms, including features like breakout rooms, polls, Q&A, and engagement tools.

• Facilitate and moderate live sessions.

• Ensure seamless technical execution and deliver a high-quality experience for participants.

• Offer real-time troubleshooting and technical assistance during live events.

• Collaborate with onsite AV, LMS, marketing, and content teams to ensure smooth delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in delivering live virtual events or webinars.

• Practical experience with Zoom or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Totara.

• Demonstrated experience in managing live event operations, including rehearsals and real-time troubleshooting.

• Experience in direct collaboration with stakeholders or clients in a consultative or partnering capacity.

• Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to establish trust and credibility.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and dedication to excellence in delivery.
