This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Vanta’s participation at RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, and AWS re:Invent.
• Manage sponsorship logistics, exhibit planning, booth design coordination, and on-site execution.
• Familiarize yourself with the event portfolio by shadowing AWS re:Invent, taking on planning duties for RSAC, and aiding in the strategy and execution of Black Hat.
• Oversee sponsor deliverables, including speaking submissions, digital placements, lead retrieval, co-marketing, and event activations.
• Maintain comprehensive planning calendars, project trackers, and status updates across various events and overlapping workstreams.
• Identify dependencies and highlight execution risks early to allow the team to address issues and keep programs on schedule.
• Collaborate with Design, PMM, Project Management, Revenue, and Field Marketing on conference activations and follow-up processes before and after events.
• Work with agencies, conference organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and resolve logistical challenges.
• Gather event performance metrics, including booth traffic, sourced meetings, and pipeline contributions.
• Assist in reporting on sponsorship ROI.
• Provide support for flagship programs such as Vantacon, VantaCon UK, and Trust Tours during periods of high production volume.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or conference production.
• Practical experience supporting large-scale third-party conferences and in-house flagship events.
• Familiarity with working alongside conference organizers, agencies, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, and exhibit logistics.
• Cybersecurity or cloud conference experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptionally organized and execution-focused, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support various event programs.
• Strong judgment and follow-through capabilities, including early identification and escalation of risks.
• Comfortable collaborating with Revenue and Field Marketing teams and understanding how events contribute to pipeline objectives.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% of the time, including both domestic and international travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the requirement for current or future employer sponsorship.
