This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Develop and oversee PAR's annual tradeshow and sponsorship schedule.
• Assess sponsorship prospects and negotiate packages with event organizers and vendors.
• Perform competitive event analysis to uncover opportunities for enhancing PAR's visibility.
• Ensure all sponsorship commitments are met and maximize investment beyond just booth space.
• Manage event budgets while providing updates on budget status, risks, and recommendations.
• Spearhead the comprehensive execution of over 50 tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and field events each year.
• Collaborate with the Senior Events Manager to implement a unified events strategy.
• Work with Sales on attendee engagement, meeting organization, staffing, and follow-up after events.
• Assist executives and leaders on-site by coordinating schedules, speaking opportunities, customer meetings, and event logistics.
• Ensure that event leads are effectively captured, directed, and measured.
• Monitor performance, pipeline contributions, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Communications, PR, and Social Media teams on integrated event campaigns and consistent brand experiences.
• 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, or field marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Demonstrated success in tradeshow or conference/event management and marketing, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a high-volume event portfolio.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to partner with executives, sales leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and foster alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in managing event logistics, sponsorship deliverables, vendors, and budgets.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to execution.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for on-site event execution.
• Familiarity with Swoogo, monday.com, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or similar event management platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM and lead capture systems.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance event planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
• Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and/or equity, if applicable.
