This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
β’ Oversee the complete events function for the EverPro portfolio.
β’ Take charge of the events strategy, annual calendar, budget, measurement framework, and ROI.
β’ Manage over 130 tradeshows, regional exhibitions, and field events each year.
β’ Establish standards for booth strategy, staffing, lead capture, execution, and follow-up procedures.
β’ Develop playbooks and maintain relationships with vendors.
β’ Organize and execute various user conferences, including venue selection, agenda planning, speaker arrangements, sponsorships, and production management.
β’ Lead a significant industry event and coordinate sponsorships and the presence of executives.
β’ Oversee the planning, logistics, budgets, and experiences for Sales Kickoff and Presidents Club events.
β’ Guide, mentor, and expand an in-house team of eight event managers and planners.
β’ Manage venues, production partners, booth builders, travel providers, agencies, and other vendors.
β’ Ensure budget efficiency for events and report metrics such as cost per lead, cost per opportunity, pipeline, revenue influence, and customer outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product marketing, branding, customer marketing, and finance teams.
β’ Guarantee consistent event experiences across various brands and represent events in company-wide planning efforts.
β’ Travel extensively to events across North America and to the Denver headquarters.
β’ 10+ years of experience in event marketing or management, including 3β5+ years of team leadership and development.
β’ Demonstrated success managing a high-volume tradeshow calendar (over 100 events annually) across multiple brands, verticals, or regions.
β’ Direct experience in managing flagship programs β including user conferences, large industry events, internal sales kickoffs, or incentive/president's club trips β from start to finish.
β’ Strong skills in budget management and vendor oversight.
β’ Proven history of building and leading high-performing in-house teams and achieving results through effective management of agencies and vendor partners.
β’ Excellent communication skills, particularly with executives.
β’ Must be eligible to work without requiring sponsorship.
β’ Preferred: Experience in SMB-oriented SaaS, subscription, or multi-brand portfolio businesses.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with home, field, or professional services sectors.
β’ Preferred: Experience with event management, registration, and reporting platforms, including connecting event data to CRM and pipeline reporting.
