Virtual Event Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize Events (70%)

• Collaborate with the Virtual Events team to grasp the clients’ event vision, oversee pre-event arrangements, manage live event execution, and handle post-event recording production.

• Support in connecting and training presenters on the platform.

• Resolve technical issues as they occur.

• Read scripts aloud clearly and accurately during live virtual events.

• Ensure high-quality audio and video for both the live virtual event and recordings.

• Create archived recordings for clients to utilize in future training sessions.

• Operational Support (30%)

• Keep precise quality records and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adherence to established timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in facilitating virtual events; familiarity with Zoom and Adobe Connect is preferred.

• Proficient with audio/visual production tools and techniques, including editing; experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.

• Highly technical with a knack for quickly and independently learning new software.

• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills; project management experience is a plus.

• Capability to collaborate with colleagues across various time zones and cultures.

• Flexible schedule: availability for facilitating monthly events in European time zones is required.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is preferred.
