This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Enhances the quality of products and services through measurement and analysis to process, assess, and provide recommendations for achieving objectives.
• Coordinates prevention and wellness initiatives tailored to highlight the significance and advantages of timely preventive and wellness care via targeted education and outreach for members and providers.
• Engages in the creation and continuous execution of Quality Management (QM) work plan activities.
• This role may also encompass community outreach and public relations duties, as assigned.
• Aids in the establishment and execution of results-driven programs and innovative initiatives within the Prevention & Wellness sector, under general supervision.
• Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of the Prevention & Wellness domain to provide insights for decision-making and innovative strategies that bolster organizational growth and visibility.
• Develops, executes, and ensures the continuous coordination of specified prevention and wellness activities as outlined in the quality improvement and work plan.
• Assesses, analyzes, reports on, and documents the outcomes of scheduled prevention and wellness interventions.
• Organizes specialized or pilot health education initiatives aimed at targeting specific population needs.
• Monitors overall performance relative to state and federal standards for health education and preventive care, recommending strategies for performance enhancement.
• Elevates all significant issues and concerns to the Quality Manager as necessary.
• Identifies potential resources and initiates collaboration with providers and members to enhance member health outcomes and HEDIS measures.
• Produces and disseminates quarterly community newsletters.
• Mentors junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Performs additional duties as required.
• Must reside in Oklahoma.
• 3+ years of recent and relevant experience in program management, outreach, and/or health education within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to conceptualize and suggest innovative methods for task execution; willing to take calculated risks and adopt new initiatives, objectives, and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Capacity to anticipate and adapt to change; shows a willingness to learn, acquire, and apply new skills and tackle challenging tasks; remains flexible in dynamic conditions.
• Ability to engage positively with diverse groups and various stakeholders.
• Proficient knowledge of execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting).
• Familiarity with business intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail in task execution.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to work with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse populations.
• 2+ years of experience using personal computers, keyboard navigation, and navigating various systems and applications; proficient with MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 25% in-state, based on business needs. Mileage will be reimbursed according to the company's expense reimbursement policy.
