Marketing & Events Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities and provide essential support.

• Maintain a thorough overview, strategically prioritize tasks, actively coordinate within the team, and ensure that campaigns adhere to schedules and deadlines.

• Organize our trade show participation from start to finish, manage travel and accommodation arrangements, and guarantee a robust on-site presence.

• Create and distribute regular newsletters to our clients, maintain press relations, showcase company achievements, and oversee topics from copywriting to publication.

• Function as the intermediary between management and the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and consistent execution of strategic initiatives.

• Actively participate in company events, from initial planning to final execution.

• Completed vocational training or a degree in a business-related discipline, ideally with a focus on event management.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a highly structured and independent approach to work.

• Enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining an overall perspective.

• Open, communicative, and confident demeanor.

• Proactive, responsible, and a team player.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Apple devices is an advantage.

• Excellent command of written and spoken German, along with a good understanding of English.
