Virtual Clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 30-minute online Video Visits with members enrolled in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.

• Review the medications and medical histories of members.

• Educate members regarding their health and address any inquiries.

• Provide 40 hours of availability each week and manage over 320 capacity units monthly.

• Maintain a completion rate of at least 220 visits per month.

• Adhere to training, affiliation, and compliance standards for Video Visit requirements.

• Acquire training and credentialing for health plan clients and business lines in primary coverage states.

• Engage in regular meetings with managers, team members, and clinical staff.

• Achieve operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs and metrics set by Signify Health.

• Conduct telehealth services from a private environment equipped with sufficient broadband, video, and audio capabilities.

• Safeguard member privacy in accordance with health plan standards and operate independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a full-time nurse practitioner position.

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Active state licenses in the coverage areas are required.

• Must be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and business lines in primary coverage states.

• Ability to obtain and retain multi-state licenses in the specified coverage area when necessary.

• FNP or AGNP certification is required; AGNP certification is preferred for NPs.

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or similar formats is preferred.

• Availability for 40 hours each week is essential.

• Capability to provide over 320 capacity units monthly.

• Ability to complete at least 220 visits per month.

• A private space with a reliable internet connection is required.

• Must have broadband connectivity with enabled video and audio.

• A quiet environment with a neutral background for conducting visits is necessary.

• Ability to maintain member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are essential.

• Capability to work independently and practice with autonomy.

• Proficient in information management and technology.

• Ability to sit, write, use a computer and phone, speak clearly, and hear member responses.

• Ability to view and read computer screens, iPads, and other electronic devices.
