Virtual Clinician – Home Evaluations, Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual “Video Visits” with members of health plans.

• Execute visits lasting approximately 30 minutes, including reviews of medical history and medications.

• Provide education to members regarding their health and address their inquiries.

• Ensure 40 hours of availability weekly with a capacity of over 320 units per month.

• Achieve a visit completion rate of more than 220 visits each month.

• Maintain compliance with Video Visit requirements, including training and affiliation.

• Participate in regular meetings with managers, teams, and clinical staff.

• Meet operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs and metrics set by Signify Health.

• Conduct Video Visits exclusively as a dedicated telehealth clinician.

• Operate independently while utilizing computer and phone systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree as either an MD or DO.

• Possession of active, unrestricted license(s) within designated coverage area(s).

• Maintain active state licenses in relevant coverage areas.

• Must be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s).

• Ability to acquire and uphold multi-state licenses in required coverage areas.

• Preferred experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or similar formats.

• Provide 40 hours of availability on a weekly basis.

• Consistently deliver over 320 capacity units each month.

• Successfully complete more than 220 visits monthly.

• Must have broadband connectivity with enabled video and audio.

• A quiet environment with a neutral background for conducting visits is essential.

• Ability to maintain health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are required.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision and practice autonomously.

• Proficient in information management and technology.
