Virtual Clinician – Home Evaluations Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual "Video Visits" with members of health plans while ensuring a private environment with a reliable internet connection.

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week, consistently achieving over 320 capacity units monthly.

• Maintain a robust visit completion rate, regularly completing more than 220 visits each month.

• Keep active state licenses in the designated coverage areas.

• Undergo training and credentialing for all health plan clients and lines of business within primary coverage state(s).

• Engage regularly with management, team members, and clinical meetings.

• Be responsible for meeting Signify Health's operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

• Prior experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a comparable format is preferred.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously without direct supervision.

• Competence in information management and technology.

• Meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including a broadband connection with enabled video and audio, a quiet environment with a neutral background for conducting visits, and the ability to maintain health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.
