This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Address objections and concerns rationally to successfully close sales calls.
• Assist key stakeholders to foster trustworthy relationships.
• Implement a call strategy to maximize engagement with essential customers.
• Gain insights into customer and patient requirements, territory dynamics, and competitors.
• Provide market intelligence updates to team members.
• Distinguish AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in a Specialty Sales role, with a solid clinical background in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Established connections with current hematology healthcare provider targets in the territory.
• Comprehensive scientific and therapeutic understanding in hematology-oncology.
• Proficiency in hospital network skills is essential.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be fluent in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The position may require occasional evening or weekend work, including overnight travel.
